HPS Pandemic Business Continuity Plan for Homeowners
(HOA) and Condominium (Condo) Community Associations.

HPS Management will Provide Free Voice and Video Chat
Services for Managed Homeowners Associations “HOA’s”
and Condominium “Condo” Community Associations in
Response to Corona COVID-19.

As a community management company specializing in Condominiums “Condos” and Homeowners Associations “HOA’s,” there is nothing more important to us than the safety and security of those who live, work, and visit the community associations we serve, as well as, those team members who serve you. This has become particularly important in the face of the current Corona COVID-19 outbreak. We would like to take a minute to make you aware of our plans to continue conducting business while keeping you, your community members, and our team members safe.

As part of our emergency preparedness, HPS has in place a Pandemic Business Continuity Plan. This plan includes the following precautions effective until through April 15th (after this our leadership will reevaluate):

Increasing emphasis on frequent handwashing and the use of hand sanitizer in the event handwashing is unavailable.
Encouraging social distance protocols to keep a greater distance between individuals.
Office walk-in services will be suspended unless there is an emergency or an appointment made in advance; homeowners are encouraged to contact us via one of our many communications options:

Since our entire system is designed for team members to work remotely while on-the-go, our team members, especially your community manager will work mostly from home but will continue to make site visits to the community.
We strongly encourage the Board of Directors for community associations to postpone their association meetings or consider moving the meetings online via voice and video chat service. We are providing this service for FREE through April 15th.  Out of an abundance of caution, managers will not be permitted to attend meetings in-person through April 15 (after this our leadership will reevaluate); however, managers will be available for FREE video and voice meetings. Please email your manager directly if you wish to utilize this FREE service.
Shared and/or public workspaces are limited but those that are used (including but not limited to countertops, desks, doorknobs/handles) will be wiped down throughout the day.

We will notify you via e-mail broadcasts, through social media, and on our websites that are noted above should there be any changes or updates. This situation is still evolving, and we are monitoring and adjusting our plan as needed.

If you find yourself feeling ill or prefer to stay at home, remember that you can take care of all your community association needs from the comfort of your own home. If you haven’t signed up for online free online portal (, now is the perfect time to do it so you’re prepared, just in case.
